Thanks for the candy!

Melissa is one of the undergrad researchers in the Center for Applied Behavior Systems at Virginia Tech. Her role this year is the implementation of an Actively Caring for People approach in middle schools in the Montgomery County area. She empowers university students to coach middle school students how to become more actively caring members of their school and society. While she deserves a wristbands just for that, yesterday at our coaches meeting she brought all the coaches candy during training to congratulate, reward, and encourage the coaches for the job they've done so far in the school. It was a kind gesture, but I it was something extra not required by her undergrad researcher role. Thank you Melissa!
