I work at a daycare/ preschool in Morgantown, WV part-time. Below the center is a small coffee shop café. One morning one of the mothers who brings her kids to the center was down in the coffee shop with her to kids buying coffee. She was carrying her infant in one hand who was crying and her other three year old was running around and yelling while she was ordering at the register. The man in line behind her saw that she was stressed and had her hands full with her kids and offered to buy her coffee for her. While this is just a very simple act of kindness, I thought it was very thoughtful. The world needs more small random acts of kindness like this because while it may not seem like much, they go a long way.
