Early on the morning of March 26, I was walking to a meeting in the pouring rain. It was really coming down, which made the walk very unpleasant. I approached an intersection and waited for the crosswalk to signal me across. It was here where I observed a genuine act of kindness. I saw and elderly women getting drenched by the rain. Her hair was soaked and she looked so very sad. A man was approaching, nice and dry underneath an umbrella. He walked up to her and handed her the umbrella and kept on his way. The woman looked thrilled. He was walking towards me, so I stopped and gave him the bracelet. He was pleased with it, and said that he would continue the share the kindness.
